I can provide comprehensive support for Senior Leadership Teams and Governors, with coaching, mentoring and training designed to facilitate school improvement and ensure effective school leadership at every level.  

I can provide the recommended external adviser support for Headteacher Performance Management reviews, facilitating the discussion between the Governor Panel and Headteacher. 

I have always been passionate about developing leaders of the future. My 'Learning to Lead' and 'Stepping into Senior Leadership' courses aim to support and develop new and aspiring leaders. 

English was always my subject specialism and teaching English through a Novel Study approach is something I am incredibly passionate about! I support schools with their English Curricula - Leadership, Teaching and Design.

With my significant experience in leading and evaluating SEND provision, I can support new or aspiring SENDCos, lead a review in your school or work with you to remodel your provision if required.

I can provide INSET, regular or one off staff meetings, as well as designing a bespoke training package to meet your needs. My preference is always to deliver training in person however, online training can be discussed if preferred.
