Headteacher Performance Management
I can provide the recommended external adviser support for your Headteacher Performance Management review. My role is to support, guide and facilitate the process between the Governor Panel and Headteacher. I will spend time with the Headteacher and Governors separately, before facilitating a meeting between parties to review old objectives and establish new ones. I will draft the PM document for the school following the meeting.
Strategic Goal Evaluation and Review
Is it time to revisit your strategic goals? By systematically evaluating your current goals and progress, we will ensure that your school remains aligned with its mission and vision. Together, we will examine the effectiveness of current goals, considering progress and areas for improvement, involve key stakeholders to gather perspectives and foster a collaborative approach to goal setting and achievement. Based on our findings, we will refine your strategic objectives, ensuring they are realistic, measurable, and aligned with your long-term vision. I can simply facilitate this process for you, or draft documentation and provide follow up support while you implement the action plan.
Vision - revisit or revamp
A clear, inspiring vision is crucial for driving progress and uniting your school community towards common goals. If it's time to revisit your Vision statement, or if you feel that it's in need of a revamp, I can facilitate the review process for you, beginning with considering your current vision statement and it's clarity and alignment with your school's values and objectives. Together we will work with stakeholders to ensure your vision reflects the aspirations of the school community.
